Refund Policy – PlayBridge Agency

At PlayBridge Agency, we are committed to delivering value-driven scouting and football placement services. Due to the nature of our services—which involve personalized evaluation, time investment, and resource allocation—certain purchases and bookings may not be eligible for refunds.

General Refund Policy

By submitting payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Services:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Video review and player evaluation services

  • CV and profile reviews

  • Player listing on our website or platforms

  • Scouting consultation or communication hours

  • Any administrative or processing fees

  • Trials or club introductions once organized and confirmed

These services require dedicated time, resources, and are customized for each player. Once the process has started, we cannot reclaim the time and efforts invested.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Services (Before Delivery)

If you request to cancel a service before we begin evaluation or initiate communication with clubs, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a 25–40% processing and administrative fee).

To qualify:

  • Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@playbridgeagency.com

  • It must be received within 48 hours of your initial payment

  • No scouting activity or video review must have begun

We reserve the right to deny a refund if service activities have already started.

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. International transaction times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

No Refund for Lack of Selection

Submitting your video or application does not guarantee selection or contact by PlayBridge or any club. We offer honest and professional evaluation — not guaranteed placement. Refunds are not granted based on outcomes or lack of trial invitations.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to reverse a payment (chargeback) after services have been rendered or initiated will be considered a breach of agreement. We will provide documented evidence of service delivery and may pursue legal action to recover damages and fees.
